By accessing or using Tesla Wrap Designer ("the Service"), operated by LouisV Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tesla Wrap Designer is a web-based application that allows users to:

Create custom wrap designs for Tesla vehicles (Cybertruck, Model 3, Model Y)
Generate images using AI-powered tools
Save and manage design projects in the cloud
Export designs compatible with Tesla's Paint Shop feature

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payment

The Service uses a credit-based system for certain features:

AI image generation requires credits
Credits can be purchased through our payment provider
Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits do not expire

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. All payment terms, refunds, and billing inquiries are subject to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 10 saved projects. To save additional projects, you must upgrade to a paid plan or delete existing projects.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload or create content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Contains malware or malicious code
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content

Images generated using our AI tools are provided for personal use in creating vehicle wrap designs. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from intellectual property claims.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Tesla Wrap Designer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your saved projects may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
