Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Tesla Wrap Designer sells digital products in the form of credits. Credits are used to access premium features such as AI-powered image generation. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once credits have been used.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Unused Credits: If you have not used any of your purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the Service and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been partially or fully used
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (unless due to technical issues)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as outputs vary based on user input)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@tesla-wrap.design with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. In some cases, refund requests may need to be processed through Paddle's systems. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
